About The Program
IIT BHU Varanasi Department of Electronics Engineering Junior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered to B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. degree holders. The fellowship requires the candidate to work on the project entitled, “Electromagnetic Analysis, Design and Simulation of Dual Frequency (S- and C-band) Relativistic Backward Wave Oscillator - A HPM Source”. The selected candidate will receive an emolument of INR 31,000 per month plus 16% HRA.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be below 28 years of age
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 55% marks in Electronics and Communication Engineering and have a valid GATE score OR
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. in RF & Microwave Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks and GATE qualification
