About The Program
IIT BHU Varanasi Department of Electronics Engineering (DOEE) Junior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered to B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. degree holders. The fellowship requires the candidate to work on the project entitled, “Implementation of Terahertz Band Communication for Next-generation Wireless Networks". The selected candidate will receive a monthly emolument of INR 31,000 per month plus HRA.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be below 28 years of age
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 60% marks in Electronics and Communication Engineering, OR
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Signal Processing with a minimum of 60% marks
- Have a valid GATE score
- Hav experience in the area of signal processing, machine learning, wireless communication and related field
