About The Program
Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai invites nominations for the IIT Bhilai Department of Chemistry Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "A Halide Perovskite-Based Photoanode for Oxygen Evolution Reaction Using a Molecular Diode in a Hybrid Nanometer Scale Protection Layer". The selected candidate will receive a salary of INR 31,000 plus 16% HRA per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be below the age of 28 years
- Hold an M.Sc (Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/Nanoscience) from a recognized institute/university or statutory body OR equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate score
- Have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score
- Have qualified GATE or CSIR-UGC NET
Desirable:
- Preference will be given to candidates working experience relevant to the project. Candidates with expertise in the following are strongly encouraged to apply:
- Expertise in Electrochemistry, Gas-Chromatography, XRD, SEM, UV-Visible based characterization techniques and analysis
- Expertise in Thermal evaporator, Spin-Coater, Solution processable solar-cell fabrication, and testing
