Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Kolkata invites applications for the IISER Kolkata Department of Biological Sciences (DBS) Research Assistantship 2021 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "Studying the Mechanism of Host Adaptation by Campylobacter Jejuni and Developing Strategies to Control Enteric Commensalism in Chicken". The selected fellow will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 12,000 per month plus HRA as per Institute rule.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Hold an M.Sc degree in Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Microbiology/Zoology
- Be NET/GATE qualified
Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of working in a microbiology lab and prior training of using immunological tools e.g. ELISA, Western Blot, FACS, Immunofluorescence Microscopy, qRTPCR
Benefits The selected fellow will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 12,000 per month plus HRA as per Institute rule.
