About The Program
IISER Bhopal Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences (DEES) Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to Master’s (M.Sc.)/M.Tech. degree holders. The candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus HRA (as applicable).
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, the applicant must -
- Hold a Master’s (M.Sc.)/M.Tech. degree in Geology and related fields from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% aggregate
- Have Physics or Mathematics as a minor in B.Sc. degree
- Have (NET)/CSIR-JRF/UGC-JRF/INSPIRE-Ph.D/GATE/Rajiv Gandhi Fellowship or any other fellowship
Note - The candidates having an M.Tech. degree are exempted.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Field and data processing knowledge in Structural Geology
- Have experience in working with Matlab/Python programming and ARC-GIS
