About The Program
IIM Ahmedabad Research Assistantship – Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) 2021 is for master’s degree holders. The main aim of MGNF is to strengthen local institutions and schemes in helping achieve their potential in local skill development programs. The selected candidate will receive compensation that will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a Master’s degree in Social Sciences/Statistics/Development Studies/Rural Technology/ Communication/Journalism or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the development sector
- Have skills in IT, Action Research, Training, and Data Analysis
- Have knowledge of MS Office
