About The Program
IIITDM Kancheepuram VRITIKA Research Internship Scheme 2023 is an opportunity offered by IIITDM Kancheepuram (an institute of National Importance established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India). VRITIKA provides opportunities for post-graduate students to initiate and practise science through training and skill internships. This internship is primarily facilitated by organisations/institutions/laboratories of national importance. Selected candidates will receive one-time support of INR 30,000 and other benefits.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- be a regular PG level (M.Tech/M.S./M.E./M.Sc.) student OR
- be a PhD scholar in India
- be interested in pursuing research in the field of Optics and Photonics
- be willing to explore new concepts
Benefits
Selected students will receive the following benefits -
- A one-time support of INR 30,000 to cover the expenses of their accommodation, food, stationery, consumables, etc.
- Both sides travel allowance (TA) reimbursement for travelling to the host institute.
