About The Program
IIIT Bangalore Master’s Program in Digital Society Scholarship 2022 is an opportunity offered by the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore to undergraduate degree holders. The selected scholars will receive up to a 100% tuition fee waiver.

To be eligible, an applicant must –
- Hold an undergraduate degree (of at least 3 years duration) in any discipline (including Arts, Science, Commerce, Design, Management, Law, Engineering, etc.) with a first division/class from a recognized university (Note - The students who are expected to graduate by 1st August 2022 can also apply.)
- Have a valid score in CAT 2021, CEED 2022, CUCET 2022, or TISS NET 2022*
*Note - The candidates who have a valid score will be exempted from appearing for a written test at IIIT Bangalore.
Benefits
The selected scholars will receive awards in the following way -
- General Scholarships - A limited number of scholarships of up to 50% tuition fee waiver will be made available on a merit cum means basis at the time of admission.
- Tridib Roy Chowdhury Scholarship is being endowed to extend a 100% tuition waiver, for a year, to an entering M.Sc. (Digital Society) student. This scholarship will apply a merit-cum-means criterion, with preference to a woman applicant. The candidate will be identified by the Admissions Committee of the M.Sc. programme.

Terms and Conditions
- Offline applications will not be accepted.
- Candidates whose application is found in order will have to take a written examination online conducted by IIIT Bangalore that will test numerical/quantitative, analytical, IT and design awareness.
- All the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview online through a video calling application which will include a writing exercise to test their verbal, IT and social awareness. The decision of the Admissions Committee on this matter shall be final.
- The portal works best on IE/Chrome/Firefox accessed through the desktop.
