About The Program
IIEST Shibpur Department of Electrical Engineering Research Associateship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to Ph.D./M.E./M.Tech degree holders. The selected fellow is required to work on a project under the Department of Electrical Engineering. The candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 47,000 per month plus HRA as per GoI rules.

To be eligible, a candidate must -
- Hold a Ph.D. degree (awarded or thesis submitted) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Indian University/Institute OR
- Hold an M.E./ M. Tech or equivalent degree with at least 3 years of experience (research/professional) after M.E./ M. Tech in the relevant field of Electrical engineering with at least one research publication in a reputed journal
