About The Program
IDRBT Summer Internship Programme (ISIP) 2026 is an opportunity provided by the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT). The internship offers graduate and postgraduate students the opportunity to carry out projects in the field of banking and financial technologies. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹14,000.
EligibilityDeadline Date: 15-Apr-2026
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be pursuing their second-to-last year in a recognised and esteemed institute in India in one of the following:
- post-graduate courses in the fields of technology or management, or
- 4-year undergraduate programme in IT and related domains
Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹14,000.
Accommodation facilities on a first come first serve basis, specially for outstationed and female interns at the IDRBT Staff Quarters, Begumpet(subject to availability).
Note:-
- High-performing interns may be considered for an assessment internship of 6 months.
- Top-performing assessment interns may receive a placement subject to internal guidelines of the respective institute.

Selection Criteria
Terms and Conditions
- Summer trainees are required to furnish a declaration of secrecy to IDRBT before reporting for the internship.
- All educational qualifications must be from recognised universities/institutions in India.
- Applicants must indicate their graduation percentage to two decimals in the online application. If CGPA/SGPA is provided, it must be converted to percentage.
- Applicants may have to produce a valid Identity card during the interview.
- There's no need to send application printouts or certificates. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, their application will be cancelled.
