About The Program

ICRO Amrit Internship Programme 2024 is a joint initiative of the Indian Potash Limited (IPL) and the National Productivity Council (NPC) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India for Class 12 passed, final-year graduation students, graduates, and diploma holders. The main objective of this internship is to promote productivity-related employment enhance vocational skills among youth and rural people and create awareness about the enhancement of agriculture productivity. The selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹6,000 along with a completion certificate.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

  • be an Indian national aged between 18-45 years 
  • be a Class 12 passed, final-year graduation student, graduate or a diploma holder
  • have a valid Aadhaar card

 

Note:- Preference will be given to candidates having agriculture or related sector qualifications.

Benefits

The selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹6,000 along with a completion certificate.

Note:- No transportation and other allowances etc. shall be paid to the interns.

Eligible candidates can apply for the internship using the steps listed below:-
Step 1:

Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and fill in the required details to 'Register'. (Note - If already registered, log in using the registered email ID.)
Step 3: Read the details carefully, click on the given link under the 'PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION AND SELECTION' section navigate to the 'New Registration' button and click on it.
Step 4: Fill in the required details and submit to 'Register'.
Step 5: After successful, registration, log in using valid credentials.
Step 6: Fill in the required details, upload the documents, and submit.

Selection Criteria

Applicants will be selected based on the recommendations of a committee set up by Indian Potash Limited (IPL)/National Productivity Council (NPC).

Terms and Conditions
  • The interns will be placed at the headquarters and regional offices of Indian Potash Limited (IPL)/National Productivity Council (NPC) depending upon the preference of interns and requirements of the offices concerned.
  • The duration of the internship will be 3 months initially which can be renewed up to 4 times.
  • The Interns shall be required to submit a project/assignment report/paper at the end of their internship to the concerned Head(s) regarding their learning experience.
  • The interns are expected to perform the assigned tasks/duties to them with due care and diligence following the instructions given to them from time to time.
  • The Interns should demonstrate sincerity, punctuality, courtesy, cooperative attitude, willingness to learn, proper etiquette, appropriate attire, and maintain workplace decorum during their entire internship period.
  • The internship programme shall neither be an employment nor the assurance of any employment with NPC/IPL/ICRO.
  • The internship offer will be based on the information furnished by the interns in their respective applications/resumes and otherwise will be null and void if a material error is discovered at any point of time.
  • The interns shall acknowledge and ensure that no information about the software, hardware, database, and policy of the NPC/IPL/ICRO is taken out in any form including electronic form or otherwise by them.
  • During the internship and upon its completion, the intern shall have no claims on IPL/NPC/ICRO whatsoever.
  • The terms and conditions of the internship shall be effective from the date of joining by the interns.
