About The Program
Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) in partnership with the National Institute for Research in Environmental Health (NIREH), Bhopal invites applications for 'ICMR-NIREH Bhopal Junior Research Fellowship 2021' from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant to project titled, "Development of Aptamer-based Sensing Techniques for the Detection of Delta-aminolevulinic Acid, A Biomarker of Effect in Lead Toxicity". The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of a total of INR 31,000 per month plus 16% HRA.

To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Hold a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences or graduate/post-graduate degree in the Professional Courses selected through any one of the following:
- Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility TestCSIR, UGC NET, GATE, and equivalent examinations
- The selection process through National level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, CUCET, AICTE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Research experience preferred in the field of Molecular Biology/Biochemistry
