About The Program
ICAR-IVRI Division of Veterinary Biotechnology (DVB) Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to graduate/postgraduate degree holders. The selected fellow is required to work project entitled - "Epigenetic Basis for Thermal Stress tolerance in Indian Breeds and Exotic Cross-bred Dairy Cattle". The selected candidate will receive INR 31,000 per month plus HRA (as per Central Govt norms).

To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Be 30 years of age
- Hold a Postgraduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Professional Course(M.V.Sc./ M. Tech/M. Pharma. etc.)
The candidate must be selected through any of the following process-
- National Eligibility Tests (NET)-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) and GATE OR
- National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.
