Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and Indian Veterinary Research Institute are inviting applications for the ICAR-IVRI Division of Biochemistry Senior Research Fellowship 2021 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for a project on, “In silico and in vitro Anticancer Screening of Selective Phyto Compounds as an Inhibitor of Matrix Metalloproteases: A Target of Cancer Cell Invasion." The selected candidate will receive INR 31,000 per month plus HRA for the 1st and 2nd year plus HRA, and INR 35,000 per month for the 3rd year plus HRA.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Be below 35 years (men) and 40 years (women)
- Hold an MVSc/MSc (Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Animal Sciences, with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor's degree)
- Have a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree
- Have NET qualification & 2 years of research experience
Desirable - Knowledge of animal cell culture, molecular biology techniques including RT-PCR, PAGE, and computer handling.
Benefits The selected candidate will receive INR 31,000 per month plus HRA for the 1st and 2nd year plus HRA, and INR 35,000 per month for the 3rd year plus HRA.
