ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute is inviting applications for the ICAR-IARI SERB Division of Genetics Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "Utilizing Germplasm Diversity of Climate-resilient Crop Pearl millet for Identification and Mapping of Heat Stress-responsive Gene(s) and Functional Annotation of Transcriptome Adaptation to Seedling Heat Stress". The selected candidate will receive INR 31,000 per month plus 24% HRA.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Not be more than 35 years of age for JRF
- Hold a postgraduate degree in Basic Science (i.e., Biotechnology/MolecularBiology/Biochemistry/Plant Science/Plant Physiology/Life Sciences), OR
- Hold a postgraduate degree in Professional Course
Desirable: Experience in molecular markers and or proficiency in bioinformatics tools.
Benefits The selected candidate will receive INR 31,000 per month plus 24% HRA.
