ICAR-IARI Division of Genetics Junior/Senior Research Fellowship 2021 is for postgraduate degree holders. The fellow selected for Junior Research Fellowship will receive a stipend of INR 31,000 pm plus 24% HRA and the fellow selected as Senior Research Fellow will receive INR 31,000 pm plus 24% HRA for 1st and 2nd year and INR 35,000 pm plus 24% HRA for 3rd year.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
For Junior Research Fellowship
- Be less than or up to 35 years of age
- Hold a postgraduate degree in Basic Science (Life Sciences) or graduate/postgraduate degree in professional courses (Life Sciences including Agricultural Sciences)
- Be CSIR-UGC NET GATE qualified
- Have experience in Molecular Markers, Field Phenotyping, and Handling Rice Crop
For Senior Research Fellowship
- Be less than or up to 35 years of age
- Hold a postgraduate degree in Basic Science or graduate/postgraduate degree in professional courses
- Be CSIR-UGC-NET and GATE qualified
- Have experience in molecular markers and proficiency in computer skills
- Have two years of research experience
Benefits - The fellow selected for Junior Research Fellowship will receive a stipend of INR 31,000 pm plus 24% HRA.
- The fellow selected as Senior Research Fellows will receive INR 31,000 pm plus 24% HRA for 1st and 2nd year and INR 35,000 pm plus 24% HRA for 3rd year.

- If the performance of the SRF/JRF is non-satisfactory, he/she will be terminated from the post with one month's notice.
- No TA/DA/any other expenses will be paid for attending the interview.
- Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the online interview.
- Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination.
