Students fulfilling the following criteria can apply:
- Applicant should be enrolled in a PhD degree program at the Queensland Brain Institute and must have undertaken research related to dementia.
- The scholarship is open to both national and international students.
Benefits
The selected scholar will get the stipend of AUD 10,000 per annum for a maximum of four years.

- Living stipend offer letter (if already awarded)

- Academic achievements of the applicant and his/her potential for scholastic success
- Applicant's research plan and it's relevance to dementia research
- Other characteristics which can be relevant for the applicant's future development
Terms and Conditions
- All applicants must adhere to the conditions of UQ research and travel scholarships, including reporting and progress requirements.
- Holder of the scholarship must acknowledge it in any paper that is published as a result of the research conducted while the recipient held the scholarship.
