About The Program
HSCST Student Projects Programme, Haryana 2022-23 is an opportunity offered by the Haryana State Council for Science, Innovation and Technology (HSCSIT), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India to U.G./P.G. (Professional & Sciences) students studying in a government college and state university in Haryana. The selected team will receive financial support of up to INR 15,000 per project.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- be a U.G/P.G (Professional and Sciences) student enrolled in any of the following disciplines at the college and university located in Haryana -
- Engineering
- Biology
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Medicine
- Pharmaceutical
- Agriculture
- Veterinary
- Environment

Eligible candidates can apply for the grant by following the steps mentioned below -

Step 3: Navigate to 'STUDENT PROJECTS PROGRAMME' and download the format for the project proposal.
Step 3: Send two copies of project proposals duly signed by the project guide and head of the institution in the prescribed format only through registered/speed post addressed to the below-mentioned address by 31st December 2022 -

Terms and Conditions
- Incomplete project proposals will not be considered.
- Project proposals received after the last date will not be considered and no communication will be entertained in this regard.
- The project team can have up to a maximum of 4 students. The project team should send only one original & innovative project.
- The project team is not allowed to change/deviate from the topic and objectives of the sanctioned project. In the event of any such changes, the grant will be surrendered to the council.
- The decision of the Secretary, EC will be final and binding on all concerned.
