The School of Science, Engineering and Information Technology, Federation University, Australia invites applications for Henry Sutton PhD Scholarship for International Students, Australia 2019-20 from postgraduate students. The selected scholars will receive a full-tuition scholarship and a stipend scholarship.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must -
- Be a postgraduate student (Honours 1 or equivalent preferred) willing to pursue a PhD programme at Federation University.
- Have current IELTS or TOEFL scores.
- Meet the minimum English language proficiency requirements.
Benefits A total of 12 scholars will receive the benefits under this scholarship for a period of three years. It includes -
- Full tuition scholarship at Federation University
- Stipend scholarship comprising a cash stipend of AUD 12,500 per annum (paid fortnightly) and accommodation scholarship of AUD 12,500 per annum
- Project support of AUD 2,000 per annum (approved research expenses only)
- Teaching opportunities within the School (optional)

- English test results (IELTS/TOEFL)

- Statement of study purpose

Terms and Conditions
- The scholarship does not cover the Overseas Student Health Cover.
- The scholarship and position is available for full-time online. There is no possibility for students to pursue part-time studies.
- The students are required to commit a minimum of 4 days per week on campus and participate in occasional industry placement during their term.
- The successful students may elect to be located at either Gippsland campus or Ballarat campus.
