Henan Provincial Government Scholarship 2018

• Applicant should be a non-Chinese citizen. 
• Applicant should have a good health with no criminal records. 
• Applicant should have an excellent academic record. 
• An applicant for bachelor and three-year college program must hold a high school diploma and should be under the age of 30.
• An applicant for master’s degree program must hold a bachelor's degree or have completed more than 2 years in a three-year college degree and should be under the age of 40.
• Applicants for the doctoral program must hold a master's degree and should be under the age of 45.
• An applicant for Chinese language program must hold a high school diploma and should be under the age of 55.
• Applicants for general scholar program, advanced scholar program and research scholar program must be under the age of 45. 

Henan Provincial Government Scholarship 2018 covers tuition fees, insurance and accommodation fees, the value for which is mentioned hereunder -

• Doctoral  Program (CNY 40,000 per year)
• Master’s Program (CNY 30,000 per year)
• Bachelor’s Program (CNY 15,000 per year)
• Three-year College Program (CNY 10,000 per year)
• One-year Non-degree Program (CNY 10,000 per year)
• Half-a-year Non-degree Program (CNY 5,000 per year)

• Application Form.
• Certified certificate of the highest diploma.
• Applicants for diploma or degree’s program should provide the original transcripts of their previous study.
• Applicants for associate bachelor’s programs, bachelor’s programs, and scholar programs must provide a study plan in Chinese or English with a minimum of 400 words. 
• Study plan or research proposal in Chinese or English with a minimum of 600 words and 800 words along with 2 recommendation letters (For masters and doctoral programs).
• Chinese or English language proficiency test scores.
• Original work as per school's requirements (For applicants of music studies, fine art studies or other art-related programs)
• Certified certificates of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner and Blood Test Report.
• Certified certificate of a non-criminal record.
• For the applicants under the age of 18, Letter of Authorization or Guardian Book.
• Pre-admission notice.
• Copy of valid passport.
