Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria-
- Undergraduates, graduates, postgraduates and diploma holders in any discipline
- Youth preferably under the age of 30
- Existing practitioners of Heartfulness (at least 1 year of practice)
- Time and willingness to travel away from home
- Strong extracurricular engagement
- English communication skills, both oral and written
Note: Candidates having previous experience in Heartfulness activities will be given preference.
Benefits
- The selected candidates will recieve INR 8000 per month for 1 year scholarship program.
- Transport for any Heartfulness program or event will be reimbursed by Heartfulness.
- The candidates will be provided accomodation on shared basis for the duration of the program.
- Food will be provided to the fellows for the full program stay at the Heartful center.
- A minimal medical issurance will be automatically set up for the candidates.
Note: Food allowances shall be provided in case of unavailibility of food services.

Selection Criteria
Candidates with the enthusiasm and passion to carry forward the Heatfulness vision will be given preference during the selection process. Prior experience in Hearfulness activities will also be taken into account. The selection of the candidates will happen in following steps:
- Filling of the application form
- Invitation to applicants for sharing more details about their interests in the Hearfulness movement
- Interview with the respective mentors based on the screening
- Final assessment of applicants by the department of Human Resources of the Heartfulness Education Trust.
Terms and Conditions
- Techincal support is provided to all fellows such as internet and broadband access and a laptop with the possibility to join calls and meetings even after working hours.
- Selected candidates get a chance to become grounded in the practice with practical experience and in-depth knowledge of key points of the philosophy of Sahaj Marg.
- The candiates who join this platform will be able to develop valuable skills while acquiring new competencies that will benefit the candidate, the Mission and the society at large.
- International students can also enrol into the program provided that they are eligible to obtain an "Internship Visa" to come to India and pursue the fellowship.
- Selected candidates will need to share more details about their interests and motivation and based on this and above eligibility criteria, they would be interviewed by the fellowship team.
- The organisation decides on the postings based on candidate’s skills, interest, potential and mission’s need.
- The one year program will include, classroom sessions, field sessions, personal study and research, exposure sessions, interactions with mentor and further educational courses.
