If two or more candidates secure equal marks while preparing the merit list, candidate of higher age will be considered.

About The Program
GRID- India Graduate Apprenticeship 2022 is an opportunity offered by the Grid Controller of India Limited (a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Power) to graduates in Electrical Engineering. The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 15,000.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must -
- not have completed 18 years of age as on 31st December 2022
- be a B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. degree holder in Electrical Engineering from an institute recognized by AICTE, Govt. of India
- have one year of job experience
- have undergone apprenticeship training in any organization for any duration
Note -
- Candidates possessing higher qualifications such as M.Tech or equivalent degree shall not be considered.
- A relaxation in upper age is admissible as per the Govt. of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWD.

How can you apply?
To apply for the apprenticeship an applicant is required to register on NATS portal first -
Process to register on NATS Portal -
Step 1: Visit the official website of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
Step 2: Click on the 'Enroll' tab on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 3: Fill in all required details, and click on the 'Submit' tab to complete the enrollment procedure.
After successfully registering on NATS portal, the applicant can apply for the apprenticeship by following the below-mentioned steps -
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required details to 'Register'. (Note - If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email Id.)
Step 3: Download the application form.
Step 4: Fill in the required details, upload the necessary details and send the application to the below-mentioned address -

- The duration of the training will be one year and the contract would be terminated automatically after the completion of the apprenticeship training period.
- Provisionally selected candidates have to furnish an undertaking that after completion of training they will not claim any employment.
