Godabarisha Vidyarthi Protsahana Yojana for ST/SC/OBC/SEBC/GENERAL/EBC Communities, Odisha 2025-26 is an opportunity offered by the Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha, to General/ST/SC/OBC/SEBC/EBC students of the state. Selected deserving students will receive financial assistance of ₹30,000 to purchase a laptop.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a domicile of Odisha
- belong to the General, ST, SC, OBC, SEBC, or EBC community
- have passed the Higher Secondary Examination, i.e. Class 12 in science, arts, commerce, or vocational stream, conducted by CHSE, Odisha, or the Upashastri Examination conducted by Shree Jagannath Sanskrit Vishvavidyalaya (SJSV) for the respective year
Benefits
Selected 15,000 deserving students will receive financial assistance of ₹30,000 each to purchase a laptop.
Note:- The amount will be directly credited to the student's bank account.

Eligible candidates can apply by following these steps:-

Step 3: Navigate to the 'Godabarisha Vidyarthi Protsahana Yojana' and click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 4: Click on the 'Register Here' under the 'Sign In' button. (Note:- The applicants who are already registered can log in using valid credentials)
Step 5: Read all the instructions carefully, tick the terms and conditions, and click on 'Proceed' to continue.
Step 6: Provide the Aadhaar number and verify it to register.
Step 7: Once registered successfully, log in to the portal.
Step 8: Fill in the application form, upload photos and necessary documents, and click on the 'Apply' button to complete the process.

- Students should ensure by consulting the concerned bank, that their Aadhaar-seeded (NPCI mapped) savings account can receive the amount.
- Candidates who meet the requirements for the merit list but cannot find their name there may contact the school principal to address the issue.
- A supplementary list of students will be subsequently published to include those with valid grievances, subject to the availability of surplus allotment.
