About The Program
GESCOM Apprenticeship for Graduates/Diploma Holders in Electrical Engineering, Karnataka 2022-23 is an opportunity offered by Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company Limited (GESCOM) [owned by Government of Karnataka] to graduates/diploma holders in Electrical Engineering. The selected candidates will receive up to INR 9,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- not be below 18 years of age
- be a domicile of Karnataka
- be a graduate in Electrical Engineering OR
hold a 3 years diploma in Electrical Engineering
- know Kanada reading and writing
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as follow -
- Graduates - INR 9,000
- Diploma holders - INR 8,000

- Attested copy of SSLC, PUC marksheets from gazetted officer
- Attested copy of all semester marks/PDC of diploma and Engineering from gazetted officer
- Character certificate
- 2 passport-size photographs
- INR 20 post stamp with self-address on 4x9cm size

- During the training period, food and accommodation have to be arranged by the candidates themselves.
- Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training will not be considered.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the apprenticeship act 1961, and or have one year of experience are not eligible to apply.
