About The Program

Gaurav Foundation Scholarship begins with a dream that, one day everybody has a better place to live and there will be superb education, by leaving an economical world for future eras. Coming forward with this purpose, Gaurav Foundation Scholarship 2016 launched for the students of age group 17-35 years. Tuition fee will be given for the higher studies.

Students have to download and fill the request form, a demand draft of Rs 1500 in favour of "GAURAV FOUNDATION" payable at Chennai along with the request form should be sent via courier/speed post. The application form will be sent within 3 working days via email.

  1. Must be an annual member / special applicant of Gaurav Foundation.
  2. Must not hold any other Countries passport.
  3. The student should be between the age group of 17 to 35 years.
  4. The student should hold minimum 60% in all the previous exams.
How can you apply?

The process to apply for Gaurav Foundation are as follows:

  1. Download the request form from the website
  2. Fill the Form and attach a demand draft of Rs 1500 in favour of "GAURAV FOUNDATION" payable at Chennai.
  3. Send the request form along with the demand draft via post
  4. After the Clearance of the DD, the application form should be reached to the students via email.

Now the student has to fill the application form,
Step 1: Take the print out of the application form.
Step 2: Put your name, gender, birth date (same as in request form).
Step 3: The application form is one for the one candidate only, you can not transfer it to other candidates.

Q. Im not a Citizen of India, Can i Apply?
No, Scholarships are granted to Indian Citizens Only.

Q. Can I Apply without Annual Membership?
Yes, under Special Applicant Category through Request Form and Fees of Rs. 1500/-

Q. What is the Procedure to Apply?

  1. Send us an Email with your Unique Membership No. and Request for an Application Form.
  2. If everything is found correct, your Application Form will be sent through E-Mail.
  3. Print & Fill the Application Form completely and attach necessary documents and send by courier.
  4. Our Team evaluates the Application & Documents.
  5. Panels makes the decision to Approve or Reject the Application.
  6. Committee decides how much Scholarship Grant to approve.
  7. Results will be posted on the Website.
  8. Approved Applicant's Grant Cheque / D.D. are prepared and dispatched to the Concern College.

Q. My UG / PG / Diploma etc, Course is less than 6 Months. Can i Apply?
No, Scholarship is granted to applicant those who apply for courses more than 6 months Only.

Q. Can i apply for Private Tuitions / Coaching / Entrance Exam Preparation?
NO, You cannot Apply.

Q. My Scholarship was Approved, when will i receive the CASH?
Firstly We do not Grant CASH under any scholarship schemes. Secondly, it takes 10-15 Working days to Dispatch the Scholarship Grant Directly to the Concern School / College / University on behalf of the Applicant through Cheque / D.D. Only. In some cases the Cheque / D.D. are dispatched to the Applicants Current Address in favour of the Concern School / College / University, in such cases the applicant can submit their Grant to the Concern School / College / University and obtain the Receipt.

Q. I got scholarship for 1st year from Gaurav Foundation, Do i have to Apply again for 2nd year?
Yes, depending upon 1st years performance, the panel shall decide whether to grant scholarship for 2nd year or not.

Q. I applied for Scholarship, but i did not receive any Grant?
Applying for Scholarship does not guarantee Scholarship Grant. Only Best Few Applicants shall be granted scholarship, as decided by the panel.

Q. I forgot to note down the Membership / Application Number?
It is suggested to note down the Membership / Application Number before submission. You can also refer your email for Membership / Application Number

As it becomes difficult identify the Applicant using the Name or E-mail Address.

Q. My Relative / Friend had applied for Scholarship, Can i know the Status?
Status shall be disclosed only if you quote the Correct Application Number and Full Name of the Applicant.

Q. There is no name on my result, Why there is no Name? Can i have the details of other Applicants?
As per the Privacy Protection Policy, Applicant details are never disclosed under any circumstances.

Q. Can i apply for more than 1 College / University in a Single Application Form?
No, Only one College / University can be applied under One Application Form.

Q. I was rejected, can i re-apply again?
No, Application once rejected cannot re-apply again in the SAME YEAR. If applied again the same year, Application will be Rejected Directly without any Evaluation.
