About The Program
The Gagan Bharari Shiksha Yojana for SC and OBC Students, Goa 2025 is an opportunity offered by the Directorate of Social Welfare, Government of Goa, to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Other Backwards Class (OBC) students. It aims to provide additional financial assistance to eligible students who have availed the centrally sponsored postmatric scholarship. Selected candidates will receive up to ₹1,500 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a student of Goa
- belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC)/Other Backwards Class (OBC) category
- have availed/be eligible for the Centrally Sponsored Post-Matric scholarship for 2025-26
Note:- Only OBC students of Dhangar are eligible.
Benefits
The selected students will receive the following benefits:
Maintenance Allowance
| Particulars | Scholarship Amount per month (for ten months) |
| Day Scholar | ₹750 |
| Hosteller | ₹1,500 |
Additional disability allowance
The selected students will receive a disability allowance of ₹750 per month for 10 months.
Note:- The allowances will be provided for the current academic yera only.

Step 6: Confirm the entered data, click ‘Login’ at the top of the page, and enter valid credentials.
Step 7: After logging in, verify the details and make changes if necessary.
Step 8: Follow the instructions to complete and submit the application.
