About The Program
Fujian Normal University invites applications for Fujian Normal University President Scholarship for Foreign Students 2019 from foreign students interested in applying for undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral programs. The scholarship recipients will receive multiple benefits including coverage for tuition fee and accommodation.

To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must:
- Be a high school graduate not more than 30 years of age (for Undergraduate programs)
- Be a Bachelor's degree holder not more than 40 years of age (for Master's programs)
- Be a Master's degree holder not more than 45 years of age (for Doctoral programs)
Benefits
The scholarship recipients will receive multiple benefits including coverage of full tuition fee and free dormitory.

Students need to send the following documents:
- Application form
- Scanned copy of passport photo page
- Notarized highest diploma and transcript
- Foreigner physical examination form
- Study plan
- Two reference letters from professors, associate professors, or educational institutions
- Copy of valid HSK Certificate (if available)
- Applicants under the age of 18 must submit relevant documents of entrusted legal guardians in China
