Forest Research Centre for Bamboo and Rattan (FRCBR), Mizoram invites applications for FRCBR Junior Research Fellowship/Junior Project Fellowship 2020 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for a project entitled, "AICRP on Bamboo Project Component 5c Population Genetic Analysis of Important Bamboo Species". The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of INR 31,000 plus HRA (at JRF position) / INR 20,000 plus HRA (at JPF position).

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
For JRF -
- Not be more than 28 years of age on 01st July 2020
- Hold a first-class M.Sc. degree in Plant Breeding/Genetics/Plant Biotechnology/Biotechnology with NET
For JPF -
- Not be more than 28 years of age on 01st July 2020
- Hold a first-class M.Sc. degree in Plant Breeding/Genetics/Plant Biotechnology/ Biotechnology
There is an age-limit relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/Women and 3 years for OBC candidates
Benefits The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of INR 31,000 plus HRA (at JRF position) / INR 20,000 plus HRA (at JPF position).
Documents Candidates should bring the followings documents (in original and photocopies) on the day of the interview -

- Educational Qualifications
- Experience Certificate
- Candidates working in Government/public sector undertakings, autonomous organizations must obtain a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer and produce at the time of interview
