About The Program
Department for the Welfare of SC/ST/OBC, Government of NCT of Delhi invites applications for Financial Assistance for Purchase of Stationery to SC/ST/OBC/Minority Students, Delhi 2021 from students studying in Class 1 to 12 of all government/aided/recognized public schools of Delhi. This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to eligible students so that they can purchase the necessary stationery items for study purpose. Selected students will receive up to INR 200 per month for 10 months.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be a domicile of Delhi
- Belong to SC/ST/OBC/Minority community
- Be studying in Class 1 to 12 in a government/aided/recognized public school
- Have an annual family income not exceeding INR 2 lakh
Benefits
- Students of Class 1 to 8 will receive INR 100 per month for 10 months.
- Students of Class 9 to 12 will receive INR 200 per month for 10 months.

- Applying candidates should not have less than 70% attendance in the previous academic calendar.
- Minority community students should be a resident of Delhi for the past three years.
- A caste certificate should be issued in the name of student or his/her father’s name by the competent authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
- In the case of a minority student, a declaration by parent/guardian in the prescribed format that his son/daughter belongs to a particular minority community is required to be uploaded on the portal.
