Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship 2023-24

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• be enrolled in one of the following disciplines/courses: 
  • MBBS
  • Engineering
  • B.Sc in Nursing
  • MBA
  • B.Sc in Agriculture, B.Sc (Hons) Co-operation & Banking conducted by Agriculture Universities
• be a domicile of Gujarat/Karnataka/Kerala/Maharashtra/Punjab/Tamil Nadu
• have secured admission under merit in government/government-aided/government-recognised self-financing/autonomous colleges during the academic year of 2023-24
• have a family annual income of less than ₹3,00,000

Selected students will receive full reimbursement for their tuition fees and other educational expenses, up to a maximum of ₹1,00,000 per annum. This reimbursement is based on the official fee structure of the college.

In addition, students are eligible for a one-time reimbursement of up to ₹40,000 for the purchase of a personal computer (PC) or laptop during their course of study (within the overall eligibility of ₹1,00,000 per annum).

Note:- Students can claim reimbursement upon submission of the receipts.

• Nativity/domicile certificate
• Marksheets of qualifying examination
• ID proof & address proof of student and parent
  • Medical certificate (if applicable)
  • In the case of dependant wards of Martyred Armed Forces Personnel who lost their life while serving the Nation, evidence showing the same needs to be submitted
• Instructions from the university for converting the CGPA/Grade into percentage (mandatory for MBA applicants)

Note:-

• All the documents in the original will be verified at the zonal offices/designated offices.
• A medical certificate is applicable for physically challenged students & speech/hearing/vision impaired students.
• In the case of speech/hearing/vision impaired students, a certificate issued by a Medical Officer, not below the rank of DMO or an approved Medical Officer of the Bank is mandatory.

Step 5: After successful verification, read the terms & conditions carefully, tick the checkbox at the bottom of the page, and click on the 'Submit' button.
Step 6: Fill in all the required details, upload the necessary documents, and submit.
