Esri India Master's Scholarship Program 2024

• The bank details provided by the student, along with the scanned copy of a cancelled cheque, for receiving the scholarship will be considered final for crediting the amount. The company disclaims any liability due to student/ third-party actions or omissions.
• Esri India reserves the right to withdraw, change the value or cancel the scholarship money or change the mode of payment, at its sole discretion.
• Applicant warrants that the submitted work is the original work of their students and that they are the copyright owner. The applicant will be responsible for defending the company and its personnel against any claims arising from a violation of this scholarship by them.
• Any false information provided by the applicant in their scholarship application regarding identity, mailing address, phone number, email address, ownership of rights, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate disqualification from the scholarship without prior notice.
• Applicants must ensure their submissions to the company do not require government authorisation for export due to controls on certain technology or technical data.
• Applicant shall not use or refer to the scholarship or company in any form of publicity or advertising including any company trademark, trade name, or service mark intended for the public without the express prior written consent of the company.
• This scholarship program shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes, controversies, and differences arising out of or in connection with this scholarship program or for the breach of this agreement shall be amicably settled between the parties in good faith. Any legal action or proceedings relating to this scholarship shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction located in New Delhi.
