About The Program

EmpowerHER Scholarship 2024-2025 is a 100% tech scholarship for women in India, in collaboration with KSIF (Korea Social Innovation Fund) and powered by AVPN. The scholarship is open to female students who have completed Class 12, a diploma, or a degree in any stream. The program equips women with digital skills and resources to boost their career prospects and entrepreneurial abilities. The scholarship covers specialisations in Web Engineering, Front-End Development, and Business Analysis.

Selected female students will receive a 100% tech scholarship for eligible courses and a three-month paid internship. 

The program is designed as a comprehensive 5-month course delivered entirely through 100% live online sessions, conducted from 11 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Upon successful completion, participants can secure a 3-month paid internship to gain practical experience. (Note:- Please note that internship placements are subject to terms and conditions.)

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

  • be an Indian female between the age group of 18 and 30 years
  • have completed Class 12, a diploma, or a degree in any field, including but not limited to BBA, BA, BTech (all disciplines), B.Com., and B.Sc degree programme
  • possess basic English proficiency
  • own a laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection (Note:- A minimum speed of 10 Mbps is recommended.)

Note:-

  • Priority will be given to candidates from rural areas and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly those residing in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and towns across India.
  • Successful completion of the Masai School Admissions Test (MSAT) is mandatory for enrollment.

The Masai School program caters to three primary groups:-

  • Fresh Graduates: Individuals who face challenges launching their careers after completing their education (Class 12, diploma, or any bachelor's degree) due to a lack of relevant skills.
  • Professionals Seeking Reskilling: Individuals who want to re-enter the workforce after a career break due to marriage, childcare, family responsibilities, or other social constraints.
  • Career Changers: Professionals with experience in non-tech fields who want to acquire tech skills and transition to careers in the technology industry.
Benefits

Selected students will be awarded a 100% tech scholarship for eligible courses and a three-month paid internship upon successful program completion.

Students must achieve an 80% attendance rate, complete 80% of assignments, and demonstrate satisfactory performance in course evaluations to be eligible for the internship opportunity.

How can you apply?

Eligible applicants can enroll for the scholarship by following the below steps: 
Step 1:
Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required details to register. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile Number/Email ID.)
Step 3: Navigate to the 'Enroll Now' button at the left-hand side of the dashboard or at the bottom of the page, near the 'Download Brochure' button and click on it.
Step 4: Fill in the required information, clear the MSAT test, upload the necessary documents and click on 'Submit'.
Step 5: Now, make an online payment of a ₹2,500 refundable enrollment fee to receive an admit card and confirm enrollment.

Note:- This enrollment fee payment provides immediate access to the Masai course platform and will be refunded upon successful completion of the program.

Important Dates

Application Deadline: 20th September 2024

Applicants must be available full-time from 11 AM to 5 PM during the program, which runs from October 2024 to March 2025.

Selection Criteria

Applicants must successfully pass the Masai School Admissions Test (MSAT) and submit the required documentation, including an Aadhaar card and income proof to be considered for the scholarship.
