About The Program
DRDO-ITR Chandipur Research Associateship 2022 is an initiative of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for M.E./M.Tech. OR Ph.D./equivalent degree holders. The selected fellow will receive a stipend of INR 54,000 per month plus HRA and medical facilities as per rules.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be 35 years of age
- Hold Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Computer Science & Engineering/IT OR
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. degree in Computer Science & Engg. and IT
- Have three years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience preferably in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT plus publication of at least one research paper in Science Citation indexed (SCI) Journal

- The post is temporary and the maximum tenure is 2 (Two) years.
- Please note that the offer of fellowship does not confer on candidates any right of absorption in DRDO.
- Police verification/Medical Tests/ Antecedents of selected candidate will be carried out/verified as per Govt. rules.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- The shortlisted/ selected candidates need to bring original certificates of proof of date of birth, marksheet, GATE/ NET certificate, degree certificate, caste certificate (if applicable) and testimonials and a set of self-attested copies for verification along with the original application form. Canvassing by any means will terminate the candidature and action will be taken as deemed fit.
