About The Program

DRDO-ISSA Delhi Apprenticeship in Computer Science 2025 is an opportunity offered by the Institute for Systems Studies and Analyses (ISSA) under the aegis of Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence (Government of India) to graduate and diploma holders in Computer Science. The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of up to ₹9,000 for the duration of one year.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, a candidate must:-

  • hold a B.E./B.Tech. degree or diploma in Computer Science from a recognised university/institute

Note:- 

  • Only 2022, 2023 and 2024  pass-out students can apply for this apprenticeship.
  • Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training in any institute/organisation are not eligible.
Benefits

The selected candidates will receive the following benefits -

Computer Science Degree in Computer Science (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognised university/institute 08 ₹9,000
Diploma in Computer Science from a recognised university/institute 02 ₹8,000

 

Note:- TA/DA will not be paid to the candidates during the one-year apprenticeship period.

Documents

The candidates are required to submit self-attested copies of the following documents:

  • Resume
  • Class 10 marksheet 
  • B.E/B.Tech. degree marksheet
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
How can you apply?

Eligible candidates can apply for the position using the steps listed below:-

Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note - If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID)
Step 3: Read the instructions carefully and download the application form.
Step 4: Fill in all the necessary details in the offline application form.
Step 5: Send the scanned copies of the application form along with the self-attested copies of all the required documents in a PDF format through email to - hrd.issa@gov.in.

Note:-

  • The application form can also be downloaded from the official website of DRDO.
  • The candidates must enrol themselves on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal before applying for the position.

Selection Criteria

The ISSA board will verify all the applications. Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit and selected based on interviews.
