Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Vasatigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna 2022-23, Maharashtra is an initiative of the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra to financially help the students who are wards of registered labour/alpabhudharak (Marginal Land Holder) and who have taken admission in technical, professional or non-professional courses. The candidates studying in MMRDA/PMRDA/Aurangabad City/Nagpur City will be awarded INR 30,000 for 10 months and candidates studying in institutes located in other areas will be awarded INR 20,000 for 10 months.

The selected candidates will receive the benefits in the following ways -
Professional Courses -
For children of Registered Labor/Alpabhudharak (Marginal Land Holder) -
For students having an annual family income of up to 1 lakh -
For students having an annual family income of INR 1 lakh to 8 lakh -
For Non-Professional Courses -
INR 2,000 annual for 10 months to students having an annual family income of INR 1 lakh
Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps -

Step 5: The candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number if they opt for OTP authentication.
Step 6: Complete the registration process by filling in all the required details.
Step 7: Log in using the username and password.
Step 8: Complete the scholarship application, upload the necessary documents and submit.
