Douglas College, Canada invites applications for Douglas International Merit-Based Entrance Scholarships 2020 from international students getting enrolled in Douglas College. This scholarship aims to support the study of deserving candidates at Douglas College who have a successful track record in previous academic studies. Under this program, scholarship up to CAD 2,500 will be awarded to the selected students.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Have applied for admission to Douglas College
- Have a student ID
- Have an excellent academic record and community participation experience
- Have the potential to contribute to the Douglas College Community

Benefits Selected students will receive CAD 2,500.
Documents - 2 essays of 250 words each
- Resume/CV
- Academic, community or volunteer awards
- Reference letter from academic, community or extracurricular contact

Selections will be based on students’ academic performance and their engagement in their community, school or personal development.

- Only selected candidates will be informed, the notification will be sent through email before arriving at Douglas College.
- The scholarship amount will be transferred to the candidate's student account and can be redeemable for the 2nd semester's tuition fees.
- The scholarship amount will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
