DIPAS Delhi Apprenticeship for Engineering and Non-Engineering Students 2023 is an opportunity offered by the Defence Institute of Physiology & Allied Sciences (DIPAS), Delhi [an Indian defence laboratory of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO)] to diploma holders in Engineering and Non-engineering discipline. The selected candidates will receive a stipend of INR 8,000 per month.

- have completed the qualifying examination as a regular student
- be a diploma holder in the following disciplines -
- Computer Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Modern Office Practice (English/Hindi)
Benefits The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 8,000.

How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the apprenticeship using the below-mentioned steps -
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Enroll' tab.
Step 3: Fill in all required details, and click on the "Submit" tab to end the enrollment procedure on the National Web Portal.
Step 4: After successful registration, click on the "Login" tab.
Step 5: Log in using the username and password.
Step 6: Search for Establishment 'DIPAS/DEFENCE OF PHYSIOLOGY AND ALLIED INSTITUTE SCIENCES' and complete the apprenticeship application.Note - The user id for the given position is - NDLNOC000003.

Selection Criteria
A board constituted by Director DIPAS for the purpose will go through the applications and shortlist the candidates. The candidates will be selected strictly based on merit (percentage/marks of essential qualification).
Only selected candidates will be informed.

Terms and Conditions
- Graduate/Diploma holders who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after attaining 4. the essential qualification shall not be eligible for being engaged as an apprentice under the act.
- The selected candidates have to submit the "Medical Fitness Certificate" at the time of joining.
- The selected candidates must execute a contract for a period of one year of training as per provision of the 8. Apprentices Act, 1961 and rules framed there under.
- Suppression of facts will lead to disqualification at any stage of the selection process.
- Canvassing or personal follow-up with the intention of influencing the process of selection of apprentice by and on behalf of any candidates shall lead to immediate disqualification of the candidate.
- DIPAS reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement/selection process if circumstances so warrant without assigning any reason thereof.
- The apprentices will not be provided with any accommodation/transport by this establishment during the training period.
