DCU The Rising Talent Fellowship 2019, is an employment cum research program providing Post-Doctoral Researchers an opportunity to pursue research projects at Dublin City University, with a three year fixed full term basis teaching opportunity paying up to Euro 49600 per annum. Fellows would have an option to continue research with both internal/external funding after fellowship or continue their permanent teaching position.

- Post Doctorate with 2 to 8 years of experience
- Established Publications and Research Track Record
Benefits The Fellowship offers an employment as faculty under the direct mentorship of senior staff for following benefits:-
- Three Year Academic Contract of Employment with Salary: Euro 46807 to 49600 per annum
- Mentorship and career support
- Access to Dublin Research facilities for Post-Doctoral Research by both internal and external funding

- Research Proposal (maximum 1000 words)
- Curriculum Vitae

How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the program through the following steps:
Step 1: Download the Application Form for the Fellowship.
Step 2: Fill complete details in application form and save it.
Step 3: Attach the applicant’s curriculum vitae to the application form as per the prescribed guidelines.
Step 4: Attach a research proposal with the application.
Step 5: Send all these documents along with the application form to hr.applications@dcu.ie

Terms and Conditions
- The three-year permanent teaching contract will include classroom teaching for not more than 50 hours per academic year.
- The fellows will have an opportunity to continue their teaching positions as permanent teaching staff or seek internal and external funding to continue research.
