DBT-BioCARe Programme 2026 is offered by the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. The objective of the programme is to enhance the participation of women researchers in their career development in the area of Biotechnology. Selected fellows will receive a consolidated grant along with a monthly stipend of up to ₹75,000.

Selected fellows will receive a consolidated research grant along with a monthly stipend of ₹75,000 for Category 1 courses and ₹58,000 for Category 2 courses.
Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:-

Step 3: Navigate to CFPID and select the ‘Generate’ option.

Step 5: Log in with your Email ID / CFPID and proceed with your application.
