About The Program
Danish Professional Education Scholarship, Karnataka 2024-25 is an opportunity offered by the Danish Educational Trust (NGO) to Muslim students pursuing professional courses. The main aim of the scholarship is to identify talented youth and take care of their basic economic needs in order to enable them to fully devote their attention towards the attainment of education and the building of personality. The selected candidates will receive up to ₹35,000 (one-time).

- be a domicled in Karnataka
- be studying in colleges located in Karnataka
- have taken admission in 1st year of one the following professional courses -
- B.E.
- B.Tech.
- B.Arch.
- M.B.B.S
- B.U.M.S
- B.A.M.S
- B.H.M.S
- B.V.Sc.
- B.Sc. Agriculture
- B.Sc. Forestry
- B.Pharma
- Pharma D
- B.Sc. Nursing
- B.D.S (Dental) & BPT (Physiotherapy)
- have taken admission in 1st year of one the following law courses -
- B.A. L.L.B
- B.Com.
- L.L.B & L.L.M
- Journalism Courses - BA (Journalism)
- M.A/ M.S (Journalism/ Mass Communication)
- Education Courses (B.A B.Ed/ B.Sc./ B.Ed / B.Ed.)
Note:- 1st year BDS, BSc Nursing & BPT (Physiotherapy) are also eligible to apply for the scholarship along with existing courses listed above.
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a one-time scholarship in the following ways:-
- For M.B.B.S - ₹35,000
- For B.D.S, B.A.M.S, B.H.M.S, B.U.M.S, B.Pharma, Pharm D - ₹30,000
- For B.E., B.Tech., B.Arch - ₹25,000
- For BVSc., B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Forestry - ₹20,000
- For B.Sc. Nursing & B.P.T (Physiotherapy) - ₹20,000
- For Journalism & Law Courses - ₹20,000
- For B.A, B.Ed., B.Sc. B.Ed., B.Ed. Courses - ₹15,000
Note:- The Danish Educational Trust can increase/decrease the amount of scholarship depending on the number of applications.

Selection Criteria
Terms and Conditions
- The documents uploaded online will be verified with the hard copy of the documents received.
- Shortlisted students will be verified/interviewed via house verification/video call/house visit.
- The panel of trustees will do the final selection based on the merit & financial background of the student.
- A few of the selected students will be invited to the scholarship program in Bangalore.
- The rest of the selected students will receive the scholarship amount via online transfer to their bank account.
