When evaluating candidates, the program seeks alignment between their development as social innovators and the program’s offerings. They are looking for applicants with genuine intentions to learn practices that will enhance their self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience; foster compassionate connections despite differences; and improve their ability to navigate complex systems in social innovation.
The program seeks fellows engaged in projects addressing Health and Well-being, Education, Contemplation, Social Justice, Environmental Sustainability, or Cultural Understanding. Candidates must demonstrate deep familiarity with their community and provide a well-researched justification for the issues they aim to address in order to get shortlisted for this fellowship.
