Cork Institute of Technology International Scholarship 2019, Ireland

CIT offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in varied fields. The following are the eligibility criteria-

Undergraduate courses

• Class 12 passed students from a recognized board including CBSE, CISCE or a state board
• All India Senior School Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate/Standard 12 or Indian School Certificate (Year 12) as recognized qualifications
• A minimum average score of 75–79% (score may increase depending on the programme)

Postgraduate courses

• Bachelor's degree (Honours) holders with a minimal overall first division result
• First Class BSc Science/Arts/Commerce three year degree (for MA Global Business Practice/MSc International Business course)

English Language Requirements

• IELTS score of 6.0 bands with no individual section lower than 5.5 (some programmes require 6.5 with no bands less than 6.0)
• TOEFL score of 80 with minimum scores as follows: L-17: R-18, S-20; W-17

• A tuition fee waiver of up to 25% for each year of study.
• A small class size and thus, a better student to teacher ratio.
• A strong practical/laboratory orientation for students.
• Students will also benefit from the excellent facilities provided to them by CIT.
• Most of the programs at CIT offer students internship opportunities.
• 96% of CIT graduates from 2017 are currently in paid employment or in further study.

• A photocopy of passport or birth certificate
• School leaving examination certificate or high school transcript
• Third level academic transcript and proof of final degree (for postgraduate applicants)
• Two letters of academic reference
• English language proficiency score for applicants whose first language is not English
• Official English translation of all non-English documents

Step 1: Scholarship application and selection: All applications will be initially processed through Buddy4Study. After filling up the common application form, the Buddy4Study team will conduct a counselling session for the students based on the eligibility criteria of the university. Step 2: Admission application and selection: After counselling, students will be shortlisted for admission. Finalist students need to apply at the university admission portal to receive an offer letter.
