About The Program

Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur invites applications for CORAL Junior Research Fellowship, IIT Kharagpur 2020 from Master's in Science students. The fellows are required to work on the project titled, "Ground and Remote Sensing-based Measurements of Leaf Area Index and Estimating Net Primary Productivity in Tropical Deciduous and Semi-evergreen Forests in India(GRA)". The selected fellows will receive a stipend up to INR 31,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -

  • Be less than or up to 30 years of age
  • Hold a Master in Science degree
  • Have a valid GATE/NET score or Engineering
