About The Program
BITS Pilani Biological Sciences Department (BS) Junior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered by Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani to M.Sc./M.Tech/M.Pharm degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on an ICMR sponsored project entitled - "An In-silico and In-vitro Characterization of Binding Affinity and Internalization Potential of Indian SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein Variants with hACE-2 and Identification of Potential Small Molecules Hindering the Interaction". The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold an M.Sc./M.Tech/M.Pharm degree in any discipline of Biological Sciences and Pharmacy
Desirable Qualifications -
- Be NET/GATE qualified
- Have a basic understanding of Bioinformatics/Biochemistry/Biophysics
