About The Program
Biozentrum Ph.D. Fellowships Program 2021 is an initiative for young and motivated scientists around the world. This fellowship program is offered by the Werner Siemens Foundation and the University of Basel. The selected students will receive financial awards.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be academically good
- Hold or expect soon a university degree that qualifies for a Ph.D. program at the University of Basel (M.Sc. degree or equivalent)
Note - Students with a 4-year bachelor's degree, typically from outside the Bologna system, are also eligible to apply.
