About The Program
BHU Varanasi SERB-DST Department of Chemistry (DOC) Junior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered to M.Sc. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Developing Single-Atom Catalysts for Catalytic Conversion of Carbon Dioxide into Useful Chemicals". The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus HRA as per SERB rules.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be 28 years of age
- Hold an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry with at least 55% aggregate marks
- Have qualified UGC/CSIR NET or GATE
Desirable Qualifications:
- Be interested to work in the field of heterogeneous catalysis
- Have prior experience in the synthesis of heterogeneous catalysts and spectroscopic analysis/ characterization will be a plus
- Possess good communication skills
