About The Program

BHU Varanasi Molecular Biology Unit Research Associateship 2022 is a research opportunity offered to Ph.D. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Bystander effects of ORF3a and ORF6 of SARS-CoV2 on microRNA Mediated Gene Regulations and their Impact on Inflammatory Responses in Human Lung Epithelial Cells". The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 47,000 per month HRA (as per GOI rules).

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must - 

  • Be 45 years of age
  • Have a Ph.D degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Zoology/Virology supported with the original research publications essentially in the area of infectious diseases and/or cell biology

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Have hands-on working experience in the area of Molecular Virology
