BHU Varanasi Department of Botany (DB) Junior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered to M.Sc. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Methane Oxidation Potential and Associated Methanotrophic Bacterial Community of Tropical Moist Deciduous Forest and Grassland Soils of Terai Ecozone". The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus 16% HRA.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be 28 years of age
- Hold an M.Sc. degree in Botany/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Science with a minimum of 55% marks
- Have qualified CSIR-UGC NET/GATE/National level examinations conducted by DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
Benefits The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus 16% HRA.
