About The Program
BHU Varanasi Chemistry Department (IS) Junior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered to M.Sc. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Single-Step Fabrication of Wafer-Scale Two-Dimensional Metal Chalcogenide Heterojunction Thin Film for High-Performance Optoelectronic Devices". The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus HRA (as per SERB-DST norms).

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry with at least 55% aggregate marks
- Have qualified UGC/CSIR NET or GATE
Desirable Qualifications:
- Have a strong interest and prior experience in the field of nanomaterials synthesis and applications, device fabrication, optoelectronics, and polymer
