About The Program

Edith Cowan University (ECU) is offering Australian Alumni International Scholarship, ECU 2019 to undergraduate and postgraduate applicants. It is open to students from all nationalities who have previously completed an education program in Australia. The scholarship offers a 20% reduction in tuition fees for the duration of the course at ECU.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • Be a prospective student of undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at ECU
  • Have completed one of the several courses listed below at the time of application
    • Recognised English course (minimum 10 weeks)
    • Study Abroad program
    • University Foundation program
    • Secondary Schooling
    • Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate degree at any VET provider
    • Undergraduate degree, Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Master degree
    • Off-shore AQF award
  • Have successfully completed a minimum of 0.5 EFSTL of tertiary study and have passed at least 50% of enrolled subjects within that period
  • Be commencing study at ECU in 2019 and meet ECU’s academic direct admission requirements for the course of his/her choice
  • Not be in receipt of another scholarship or sponsorship
  • Be an International student
  • Intend to study at ECU Joondalup, ECU Mount Lawley, or ECU South West (Bunbury)
Benefits

The scholarship offers a 20% reduction in tuition fees for the duration of the applicant's course at ECU.

How can you apply?

Follow the steps below to apply for the scholarship:

Step 1: Before applying for the scholarship, enroll for a course program here or through any of the authorised agents.
Step 2: If applications are approved by ECU then the applicants will automatically be assessed for this scholarship by the admission office. No separate application is required for the scholarship.

Application closing dates: 30/07/2019

Terms and Conditions
  • All scholarships are awarded at the discretion of ECU.
  • ECU reserves the right to revoke the scholarship at any stage if a student is found to have provided information that is misleading or does not meet the scholarship eligibility criteria.
  • The scholarship funds can only be used for tuition fees and cannot be used for any other student expense.
  • The scholarship cannot be retained if a recipient defers his/her studies for more than one semester.
  • The scholarship cannot be transferred to an ECU campus or partner outside Western Australia.
  • If the applicant is a citizen of India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh or Nigeria he/she must apply through an ECU Authorised Agent
